About Inspirational Teas

Inspirational T’s—a sanctuary, a haven of rest, and a place to refuel the soul. Here, Sisterhood thrives, friendships deepen, and the heart finds refuge.

The journey of Inspirational T’s began over 25 years ago in Fayetteville, North Carolina, sparked by the vision of Dorothy Webb. She saw the power of Sisterhood and created a space where women from all walks of life could gather, uplift one another, and share their stories. These monthly gatherings weren’t about grand events or formalities—they were heartfelt moments of encouragement, where women found comfort in shared experiences and open conversation.

Over time, a beautiful ritual emerged—tea time. A simple cup became a symbol of relaxation, opening hearts and creating an atmosphere where women could truly exhale. It was in this peaceful setting that rest, renewal, and restoration took shape, allowing each woman to breathe deeply and find strength in Sisterhood.

Every gathering was a gift—an opportunity to exchange wisdom, share testimonies, and celebrate life’s victories, both big and small. From this spirit of Sisterhood, Inspirational T’s was born. The "T's" represent Tips, Teas, and Tidings, a reflection of the joy, support, and encouragement shared in these sacred spaces. Alongside heartfelt conversations, music, and moments of reflection, Inspirational T’s promotes wholeness—mind, body, and spirit—nurturing self-care and spiritual well-being.

Today, these gatherings take place once a month in welcoming spaces—homes, meeting rooms, churches, and conference halls—where women continue to inspire, uplift, and encourage one another over a cup of tea.

If this vision stirs something within you, consider becoming a Tea Partner. Whether for yourself or others, you’ll be a part of something meaningful—a journey of healing, connection, and inner renewal.

We warmly invite you to join us for our next Tea Circle or grab a cup of tea and visit us in this virtual space.  Sip, share, and let your spirit be uplifted. Bring or invite a friend, and let’s steep together!

My Tea Sisters

Sisters in spirit, strength, and sisterhood—whether they are friends, family, co-workers, or church companions, they form the Circle of My Tea Sisters. For me, They are the real reasons for tea time. You see, tea is wonderful - the aroma, the fragrance the warmth of the vapors, but ultimately, it's the company of my Sisters that really makes for the best experience!  It is an invitation to gather if for nothing more than to simply relax and release.

It can happen anywhere, at anytime—a cozy living room, a quiet corner, or a kitchen table filled with laughter and warmth with 'one' of my Sisters or 'ten'! Tea for two can be just as fun as an all out tea fiesta. If you stop  by my house, my Sisters will tell you I am always ready for tea! All it takes is tea leaves or a tea bag and a few kindred souls, a teapot, some hot water and a few moments to spare.  Then the tea talk begins, positive encouragement, testimonials, or just moments in silence gazing about the room or out the window as the squirrels scurry by or some native birds color the sky. These moments can leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and connected.

Whether alone or in the gentle company of your sisters, let the ritual of tea become your refuge—a pause in the rush of life, an embrace of peace. Keep a box of tea leaves and a teapot within reach, and when the world feels too heavy, retreat to your quiet space. Breathe deeply, let the warmth of your cup settle your spirit, and allow the presence of your Sisters—or the serenity of solitude—to lull you into a moment of pure tranquility.
If your heart feels called to create this experience for yourself and others, why not plan one of your own? Steep a cup, invite your sisters, and let inspiration flow.

My Story

Life is wonderful, though I had to learn how to embrace the beauty of it—no matter the circumstances. There was a time when heartbreak and loss defined my world. Divorce left me disillusioned, grief overshadowed me as the passing of my son weighed heavily on my heart. Thank Yahweh, because through him, I have survived my past. Today, my story is one of renewal, healing, and restored faith.

I have experienced the deep, transformative power of joy—the kind that Yahweh gives, even in life’s toughest seasons. Grief no longer holds me victim; joy resounds, and though challenges arise, I now understand that every trial is a temporary event to build my strength. Through grace, I have discovered true joy in the unwavering presence of Yahweh, guiding me through every storm.

This joy I have in Him fuels my pursuit of happiness, inspiring me to embrace life fully. Love, once lost, has returned in a new and deeper way, showing me what love truly looks like in the arms of a kind and gentle man. The joy that captivates through simple gratitude for what is and appreciating the power of choice and choosing well.

At our core, I believe we all long for love, peace, and joy—some have embraced it, while others are still hoping. Why? Because, like me, they know that hope is the gateway to life’s greatest promises. You see, even in my weakest moments, when I felt despair might consume me, I still believed that I would one day see my hope fulfilled and experience joy once again in my life. The depth of my hope was grounded in the love of Yahweh, His promises and His will.

If your hope is in Yahweh, He will meet your hope exceeding abundantly beyond what you can ask or even think ( Ephesians 3:20). I gave him my life, my trust, and my heart and he gave me the power. Now, I hope I can give others the comfort and encouragement I received during difficult times and the inspirations that keep me going.

It's like a good novel that you just can't put down. I truly liked the "getup" segment. It made me think of my daughter, because that's what she usually likes to do"

Thank Yah for imparting in you the vision for the ITs website. I've found the site to be inspirational, motivational and informational. ITs is a ministry that encourages and uplifts the happy whole and the broken soul because of its healing ingredients. Hardly do you find a full package website, but ITs embodies it all. ITs is holistic, because in it, you can find "food for the mind, body and the soul." I can envision women hosting their own tea party and using your website as the central tool to build each other up. ITs is a masterpiece and in a class by itself! Continue to be encouraged with these few words. .  .
